Hi there! I’m Amy. I live in Worcestershire with my husband, three children and a dog and a cat. I’m interested in all things self-improvement and spirituality. I love running, reading, cake decorating and a good true crime documentary.

I also run a wedding venue and holiday accommodation business with my husband. It’s a busy life!

Qualifications

• Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Reiki Master)

• Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy

• BA (Hons) Degree in Marketing

I began practising Reiki in 2021 at level 1 and over the course of 2 years went on to complete my training at level 3, the final level.

Having studied and practised Hypnotherapy for 10 years previous to this, I was immediately drawn to the unique combined benefits of Reiki with Hypnosis and feel at home in this niche type of energy work.

I also hold a 2:1 Bachelors Honours Degree in Marketing, where my interest and education in human behaviour and mindset first began.

Accreditation

I am trained in the official Usui Reiki with direct lineage from Usui himself (14th from Usui). I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH), the UK's leading not-for-profit Hypnotherapy Professional Association which ensures I am trained to the highest standards.
